Prayer Requests

Ministry Teams headed to Jamaica. Please keep our teams in your prayers as they rely on God for traveling mercies and the Holy Spirit to prepare Jamaican hearts to hear the Good News.
Praise the Lord that Damien Waite is able to continue his studies at Hamline.
Praise the Lord that Kevin Brown has found a job. Please pray for healing and strength as Kevin works at physical therapy to overcome the injuries he sustained in a bad car accident in September 2004.
Please pray that God will direct the PI board in finding a dedicated individual who will occupy the empty seat we have currently on our board.

Please pray for Damien Waite, that God will provide support for his tuition and that he will be able to continue his studies in law at Hamline University.
Please pray for the relief team, led by Jamaica Missions, currently in Jamaica to help people there recover from the damage caused by Hurricane Ivan in September.
Please continue to pray for Kevin Brown! Kevin Brown, a Jamaican and friend of Project Increase, was hurt in a head-on car collision on Sept. 19. Kevin faces a long period of rehabilitation due to the injuries he suffered. please keep him in your prayers.

Please pray for Kevin Brown! Kevin Brown, a Jamaican and friend of Project Increase, was hurt in a head-on car collision on Sept. 19. Police report that the driver of the other vehicle fell asleep, hit the car Kevin was driving head-on, and was killed instantly. Kevin suffered a broken leg, with fractures in two places, and liver damage. The damage to his liver is currently unknown, but if his situation doesn't improve soon Kevin will be airlifted from Bozeman, MT to a hospital in Seattle. Kevin is awake but his situation is serious. Please pray for healing and the alleviation of pain. Also, please pray for Kevin's wife Heidi and their son, Jayden.
Hurricane Relief: Hurricane Ivan, a category 5 hurricane (the strongest rating), brushed by Jamaica during the second week of September, causing severe property damage as well as the shut down of most public utilities. A week afterward, many people were still without power, clean water and access to phones. Praise God that the island was spared the full force of Ivan, but many people have lost their homes and personal belongings. At least 16 people died because of the storm. Please pray for the swift recovery of the people and that relief will be provided for the people there.

Wilda Nybeck, a member of Project Increase, is traveling to Nigeria to speak at several church conferences. Please pray for her health and safety while overseas.
Praise the Lord for the recent work that was done on the island through several trips by both Project Increase and Jamaica Missions. Please pray that those who came to know the Lord during these trips will continue to grow in the knowledge of Him and find a strong Christian fellowship church or group.
The future is uncertain, but God knows the paths ahead. Please pray for the future of Project Increase and that God's will will be done through our ministry.

Damian Waite, a Jamaican student attending Hamline University in St. Paul, is having transportation trouble. His car needs repair, but the mechanic's bill would exceed the value of the car. Please pray for stability and growth of the Jamaican economy. Economic hardship is rampant across the country, and many people are out of work
Please pray for the government of Jamaica, that the island's leaders will make sound decisions for the people and will be free of corruption.
Please pray for spiritual fruit for the many people who came to know Christ during recent mission trips in February and March. Please pray that these people will have a desire to read God's Word and will find Christian fellowship that will help them grow.
Praise the Lord for Kevin Brown's successful acquisition of a work visa in Montana. Please pray for the health, growth and safety of his new family.
